Michael Adderley has an extensive background in successfully leading Financial Services Sales Teams, and Insurance Executive Management. He has also led a number of integrations of insurance sales teams, products, compensation structures, and computer systems conversions. As president of Regal Consultants, he also assisted companies with Strategic Planning and


 Performance Management Systems.

Mike’s is a holder of a Business Administration Degree in Accounting and has used his accounting training and financial services experiences in assisting clients with major viable projects to identify and secure needed funding.

Arthur Brangman, President/Owner

Arthur Brangman has a wealth of experience in business marketing and sales and business management. He has diplomas in insurance mathematics one, practical science, and telecommunication. His leadership in business development and fundraising is his strength. He has transformed those skills into a successful private funding brokerage business and development company, where he has found private funding of over $3.5 billion dollars for his clients over the past 15 years.


His company Arpheion Global Corp. has over 300 funding resources worldwide and is embarking on an expansion program around the world to make it easier for individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs, and governments to get funding and get excess to capital they may need. AGC owns two other new companies, specifically designed for the future global business opportunities.

David F. Naude

David is the owner and founder of Nabona/Sunfare, a farming company in Zambia. He is also the CEO of AfriCost Engineering, where he did quantity surveying and cost engineering in mining and agricultural sector of Zambia.


David is one of the leaders in the field of specialized fresh produce production and intensive farming. He has more than 26 years of experience in agriculture production and marketing. His passion for new development and growth for the moringa, aquaculture, and hemp industry in Zambia excites him; In fact, he has been working closely with world’s foremost specialists while Sunfare takes the lead in development.


David studied at Stellenbosch University and Elsenburg Agricultural College.

Stephan F.C. Naude

Stephan is a director and shareholder in Nabona/Sunfare in Zambia, with experience in fruit production and quality control and in leading the marketing team for export to the Far East and China.


Stephan is the young gun in Sunfare farming operation and the future for company growth. He is working closely with all roll players in Zambian and export markets for products out of Zambia. Apart from that, he has undergone in-house study and training with marketing experts and quality control with Sonac Egypt and Sunfare International.


His passion for marketing and agricultural industry makes him a key player for future development and new projects.

Doug Hardy, PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/AGC

Doug is an accomplished project management professional with more than 45 years’ experience in architecture, project, and facilities management. Seeking out challenging projects has always been his motivation to grow his career. He has a proven track record in delivering complex projects within schedule and budget to the highest quality standards.


Doug has worked with the South African, Omani, Emirati, Zambian, Zimbabwean, Seychelles and Mauritian governments on world-class projects. Also, he has worked with private development companies and construction firms in delivering various, multi-use, religious, sports, educational, medical, hospitality, and residential projects.

From years of working in the matrix and cross-functional organizations, Doug has honed his communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. He has highly developed organizational skills, can readily multi-task, and is comfortable working in a Fast-paced evolving culture and environment.


Doug also routinely leverages his seasoned negotiating skills acquired through experience negotiating multi-million-dollar projects.
